Device Not Pairing To Bridge
If you’re having trouble getting the Bridge unit to pair to the mat, the first thing to check is to see if the Chrome Flags have been enabled. Try these steps:
- On the home screen of the Tablet tap the screen 5 times
- In the pop-up dialogue enter the password “goivee“
- Select “Exit Kiosk”
- Press the home button in the center of the bottom tool bar
- Open Chrome
- In the URL bar enter chrome://flags/
- Search and enable “Experimental Web Platform Features” and “Use the new permissions backend for web bluetooth”
(Please note there are a few closely worded items on this list, please double check they match exactly the settings above and are toggled to enable) - Go to the home screen, swipe up to see all apps and open “Hexnode For Work“
- Then Activate Kiosk mode and try using the massage feature again
